VK5WSR operates on 146.580MHz. The transceiver is a FM828 running about 20 watts output into a coaxial dipole at about 10 metres.
The internet connection is dialup and a 56K modem can be seen above the radio. The Red Hat 7.3 operating system on the computer enables the computer to host this website and that of the Millicent Hospital http://www.millhosp.org
